An intimate group course to empower you with knowledge and techniques to achieve a calm, confident and positive birth experience. Whilst encouraging meaningful connections and sense of community amongst parents, with the opportunity to share experiences, learn from each other, ask questions and create lasting friendships as you all embark the journey to parenthood!

• Methods to create a positive mindset around pregnancy and birth, allowing you to feel confident and release fear

• Physical birth preparation including birth positioning, massage and breathing techniques
